• Create and maintain booking schedules and transport spreadsheets.
• Send booking information to delivery sites and customers.
• Produce Excel reports and analyse transport data.
• Cross-check TMS information against transport plans for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems and movements.
• Support management and booking of subcontractors.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and support transport planning.
