Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the distribution of goods in Milton Keynes and manage shipments from prep to delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of logistics, compliance, and ERP systems to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective service.

The successful candidate will have manufacturing experience, advanced Excel skills, and be comfortable coordinating with 3PLs and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, CPC codes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process improvement, ERP systems and SOPs.
• Advanced Excel skills and standard office tools.
• Experience with third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in transporting lithium batteries (asset).
• Holder of an IATA and/or CDGP certification.
• Experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO14001.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient distribution of goods.
• Ensure shipments are prepared, documented, and delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
• Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
• Ensure on‑time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third‑party logistics partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.
