Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience in logistics/transport operations.
• 3+ years in a similar role with cross-border responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Able to drive cost reduction and efficiency via data optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the European B2B capacity framework, including carrier pool, capacity mix, and strategic reserves.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality B2B carriers to build a diverse ecosystem.
• Manage dynamic dispatching to align capacity with order demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish and enforce a carrier scorecard to drive service quality and reliability.
• Cultivate long-term carrier partnerships through performance reviews and strategic dialogues.
• Oversee end-to-end capacity cost accounting, benchmarking, and negotiations for competitive pricing.
• Track key metrics and lead data-driven optimization across logistics operations.
