Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies in Milton Keynes is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the efficient distribution of goods and ensure shipments are prepared, documented, and delivered on time and to quality standards.

You will coordinate customer shipments, manage freight forwarders and 3PL partners, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvements including ERP workflows. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of import/export transport regulations, freight rules, Incoterms, and CPC codes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process improvement, ERP systems, and SOPs.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with standard office tools.
• Experience working with third‑party logistics or service providers.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in transporting lithium batteries (asset).
• IATA and/or CDGP certification.
• Experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO14001.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient distribution of goods.
• Ensure shipments are prepared, documented, and delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
• Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
• Ensure on‑time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third‑party logistics partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.
