Job summary

MTrec Ltd. in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Distribution Coordinator to drive performance across logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role serves as the main point of contact for customer service regarding collection, delivery and order fulfilment, while monitoring 3PL performance and loading plans. You will analyze KPIs, coordinate haulage, and provide transport planning cover across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy with CPMS/WMS and MS Office.
• 3+ years in Transport Planning or similar in fast-moving manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Can-do attitude with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stays calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customer service queries on collection, delivery and order fulfilment.
• Monitor and report 3rd party logistics performance – OTIF – daily/weekly.
• Ensure warehouse visibility of loading plans by deadlines.
• Analyze customer KPIs, identify root causes, and track actions.
• Liaise with customers to assign haulage, arrange collections and confirm delivery slots.
• Provide transport planning cover across multiple customers and locations.
• Provide full cover for external warehouse, including planning and administration.
• Assist with other transport and admin tasks including PODs and export docs.
