Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies in Milton Keynes is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate shipments and freight activities across the supply chain, joining a growing team.

You will ensure on-time delivery, manage forwarders and brokers, and drive process improvements including ERP workflows, with a focus on compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import/export regulations, CPC codes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing ERP systems and SOPs.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience transporting lithium batteries is an asset.
• IATA and/or CDGP certification preferred.
• ISO9001 and ISO14001 awareness is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer shipments and transportation from preparation through delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs and maintaining service quality.
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain shipping documentation and ensure quality standards compliance.
• Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.

As Logistics Supervisor, you must be able to:

• Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.
