Job summary

Pertemps Crawley Perms is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join the busy operations team near Horsham. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, updating systems, and ensuring on-time deliveries while supporting customers, suppliers and internal teams.

You will work Monday to Friday, using ERP and transport systems with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication and organisation. Training and development opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Shipping or Supply Chain coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers and suppliers.
• Attention to detail when handling documentation and systems.
• Proficient with Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer shipments and collections, ensuring goods are delivered within agreed timescales.
• Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Providing customers with updates regarding deliveries and resolving any queries.
• Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams to support smooth operations.
• Updating ERP and transport management systems with relevant shipment information.
