Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Warehouse Administrator for a full-time, permanent role in Rugby. The role involves ensuring administrative duties are accurate and timely, and liaising with customer systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The position offers a night shift (Mon-Fri, 10pm-6am) with a salary of £29,677 per annum, plus a range of company benefits as part of a supportive logistics team.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
• Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
• Team player attitude.
• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Ensure customer system compliance to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigate customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercises.
• System updates for damaged stock and pallet reworks.
• Conduct depot KPI investigations and controls.
• Support warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
