Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, invites applications for a Warehouse Administrator based in Rugby. This is a full-time permanent role with a night shift, 10pm–6am, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £29,677 per annum.

You will manage administrative duties, coordinate with customer systems, and support warehouse colleagues with WMS and SAP when needed. The position requires good communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
• Team player attitude.
• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• Stock checks.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
