Job summary

Culina Group is recruiting a Transport Administrator at the Burton Latimer site for a full-time permanent role. The position involves night shifts Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, with salary £26,031 plus a £3,000 night allowance.

Primary duties include POD/Return processing, booking collections and deliveries, and ensuring paperwork is completed. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the site: ensure POD and Return processes follow policy.
• Book in collections for customers and complete paperwork.
• Book in deliveries for customers.
• Ensure paperwork is returned for all deliveries and chase PODs.
• Liaise with staff at other depots and external contacts.
• Photocopy, print, organise and store documents and data.
• Manage inbound diary for all customers.
• Monitor POD workflow daily.
• Control period end spreadsheets.
• Compile lists of outstanding PODs and contact hauliers.
• Report PODs outstanding daily.
