Job summary

Red Door Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for a logistics client in St Albans. The role focuses on developing and nurturing existing client relationships, predominantly through outbound calls, to maximise sales potential.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit team with strong training and development opportunities in a vibrant family business environment. Office-based, Monday to Friday, with bonus potential.

• Experience of negotiating with clients and/or suppliers
• A friendly telephone manner

Responsibilities

• Maximises the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement.
• Builds strong personal relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiates with clients and suppliers
• Submits quotes and converts
• Talking clients through the administrative requirements of shipping
• Account management
• Attends and participates in Sales meetings
• Attends meetings via Teams or face to face if circumstances permit with key accounts
