Geodis Heathrow is seeking a Gateway Coordinator to join the Freight Forwarding team. You will deliver effective customer service and manage gateway activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining in-house data, preparing customs reports, and supporting the team with continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
• Experience with Consols is advantageous.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and freight security.
• Familiarity with DfT/CAA, HMRC and IATA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate gateway activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate data in the GFF in-house system.
• Prepare customs and regulatory reports as required.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and KPI targets.
