WR Logistics is seeking an experienced Air Freight Gateway Coordinator for Feltham (TW14) to join the busy air freight operations team. You will coordinate consolidated air import shipments from arrival through final delivery, ensuring customs, airline and customer requirements are met with excellent service.

Responsibilities include managing daily gateway operations, processing import documentation, and liaising with airlines, brokers and customers to minimise delays.

Qualificações

• Experience in air freight imports or exports gateway operations.
• Strong understanding of air freight procedures and gateway operations.
• Working knowledge of HMRC customs and CDS entries.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily air export and import gateway operations from arrival to final delivery.
• Prepare and process import documentation accurately and on time.
• Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment movements.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers to minimise delays and ensure compliance.
• Monitor shipment milestones and communicate status updates to customers.
