Job summary

Connect Appointments in Glasgow is recruiting a Logistics Executive to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis. You will input orders into SAP, print and check paperwork, and help coordinate schedules with couriers and internal teams.

This role emphasises accuracy, organisation, and strong communication within a busy logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent data-entry skills, a collaborative mindset, and a professional approach to customer service.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Events/hospitality or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Good work ethic, attendance and punctuality.

Connect Appointments have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Logistics Executive to join our Glasgow-based client!

What’s on offer?

• Full-time permanent position
• £28,000 per annum, rising to £30,000 upon completion of induction
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Working as a Logistics Executive, your duties will include:

• Accurately inputting and processing orders into our client’s SAP system
• Creating, printing, and cross-checking paperwork
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Liaising with internal departments, couriers and Directors to ensure scheduling runs effectively

To be successful, you will have the following skills and traits:

• Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy – particularly with data entry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in events/hospitality or logistics (preferred, but not essential)
• A strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and punctuality
