Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a 3PL Logistics Support Executive to coordinate third-party logistics operations, ensuring stock moves efficiently and orders are fulfilled on time. You will work with warehouse partners, transport providers, customers, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role involves managing daily operations across multiple providers, reporting, and analysing issues to deliver exceptional service and maintain supply chain continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple 3PL providers.
• Ensure customer orders are received, processed, dispatched on time.
• Monitor stock movements and inventory across warehouses.
• Track and resolve outstanding orders and delivery issues.
• Build relationships with warehouse partners, hauliers, suppliers, customers.
• Produce daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports.
• Oversee invoicing processes and billing accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve logistics, stock, and customer service queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service levels.
• Support supply chain continuity through effective coordination.

Are you a highly organised logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're recruiting a 3PL Logistics Support Executive to play a key role in coordinating third-party logistics operations, ensuring stock moves efficiently, orders are fulfilled on time, and customers receive exceptional service.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations across multiple third-party logistics providers.
• Ensuring customer orders are received, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitoring stock movements and inventory transactions across warehouse locations.
• Proactively tracking and resolving outstanding orders and delivery issues.
• Building strong relationships with warehouse partners, hauliers, suppliers, and customers.
• Producing daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports.
• Managing invoicing processes and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Investigating and resolving logistics, stock, and customer service queries.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Supporting supply chain continuity through effective coordination and communication.

About You

• Experience within logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, customer service, or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Ability to analyse issues, identify solutions, and deliver results.

Desirable

• Previous experience within a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain role.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
