Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence may be required for driver cover.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare daily shipments.
• Manage daily driver routes.
• Oversee dispatch accuracy, schedules, and shipment quality.
• Raise purchase orders and book in incoming shipments.
• Handle returns and RMAs when the Procurement Manager is unavailable.
• Provide support across dispatch, logistics, and procurement.
• Cover drivers if necessary completing deliveries.
