Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd is seeking a Logistics & Customer Coordinator in Twyford, Hampshire. The role supports daily operations, ensures smooth delivery processes, accurate administration, and outstanding customer service in a busy logistics environment.

You will work closely with the Customer Services Manager to maintain the company’s reputation for quality and reliability while contributing to team morale and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or a similar role.
• SAP or transport management systems knowledge is advantageous.
• Basic accounting knowledge and data entry confidence.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and customer service activities in line with company procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process.
• Handle inbound calls and sales enquiries, process orders, and plan efficient delivery routes.
• Organise vehicle loading, maintain customer and order data using SAP, and assist with stock coordination.
• Liaise with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams to resolve queries promptly.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and inform customers of new products and developments.
• Support with basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with deliveries when required.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures, reporting any issues as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate clearly via phone, email, and meetings.
