Job summary

Bucks and Berks Recruitment in Maidenhead is seeking a proactive Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator. The role blends customer service with logistics coordination, managing orders from receipt through to delivery and supporting repair services.

Based in a fully office-based environment, you will coordinate with warehouse, sales and technical teams, handle field repairs for service contracts, and deliver high-quality service to customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, logistics, order processing or coordination.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems; D365 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate stock with UK Customer Service Team and warehouse operations.
• Ensure products are available and provisioned for project delivery.
• Monitor stock pipelines from manufacturing to the UK warehouse.
• Resolve shipping, delivery and logistics queries efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate issues to internal stakeholders when required.
• Provide occasional support within the warehouse during peak periods.
• Deliver high level customer service and build positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Coordinate field repairs for service contract customers with external service partners.
• Support customers with product information, order enquiries, billing and delivery questions.
• Handle complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, technical support, customer service and management teams.
