Job summary

Bucks and Berks Recruitment in Maidenhead is seeking a proactive Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s office-based team. You will manage the complete order lifecycle, coordinate with the UK Customer Service Team and warehouse, and ensure products are available for project delivery.

You will support field repairs, handle shipping queries, and deliver a high level of service to customers and contractors, working closely with sales, technical support, and management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, or coordination.
• Strong customer service and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 advantageous but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate stock requirements with the UK Customer Service Team and warehouse operations.
• Ensure products are available and correctly provisioned for project delivery.
• Monitor stock pipelines from manufacturing through to the UK warehouse.
• Resolve shipping, delivery, and logistics queries efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate issues to internal stakeholders when required.
• Provide occasional support within the warehouse during peak periods.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and build relationships with customers and contractors.
• Coordinate field repairs for service contract customers with external partners.
• Support customers with product information, order questions, and delivery queries.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Work with sales, warehouse, technical support, customer service, and management teams.
