Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our UK operations in Immingham. You will manage orders, maintain transport documentation, and coordinate with warehouses and planners to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with organisational skills, able to multitask in a busy environment. You will support customers and internal teams, driving continuous improvements and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a logistics or transport environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, timely communication and understanding customer requirements.
• Process customer call-offs and update stock and transport systems.
• Create accurate documentation to support delivery and transport activities.
• Coordinate with warehouses and transport planners to meet operational plans.
• Monitor delivery status and provide customers with updates.
• Capture KPI data, returns documentation, and invoicing information.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
