Job summary

Workchain is recruiting for a Logistics Customer Service Administrator position in Wellesbourne. The role handles coordination of shipments, communication with customers and carriers, and day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in logistics or 3PL environments, with experience using WMS/TMS and MS Office, and a proactive, team-focused approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, supply chain or 3PL environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, transport and supply chain operations.
• Experience managing shipments from booking through to delivery.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and shipments from booking through to final delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delays or service issues.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Provide updates on shipment status and maintain accurate records.
• Support warehouse and transport operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
