Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Control Tower Operator for our Wellingborough site. You will monitor and coordinate daily operations, resolving issues and ensuring KPI performance is met. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP WMS and strong collaboration across warehousing, transport and planning teams.

The ideal candidate will be organised, process-driven and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. On-site, full-time position with standard 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and solution-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good IT skills, especially Excel and related systems.
• Ability to analyse information and identify issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational activity and KPIs across the site.
• Coordinate and prioritise workflows to support smooth operation.
• Identify issues, delays and exceptions and take action in SAP WMS.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transport, planning and management teams to resolve issues.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives.
