Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee the distribution centre's control tower, ensuring end-to-end visibility, coordination and resolution of supply chain issues in the East Midlands.

The role is analytical, leading SAP users and operators, driving SLA compliance and efficiency, with daily responsibility for planning and escalation across warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with WMS SAP system - essential.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution centre operations.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Leader- Control Tower

Salary: £34,068.06

Location: East Midlands

Hours: Monday to Friday

Overview of the role

At Arvato our Control Tower is the heart of our daily operational function holding all stock data and location information thought the business.

We are seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily operations of the distribution centre’s control tower, ensuring end-to-end visibility, coordination and resolution of supply chain issues. This role is pivotal in maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), driving efficiency and ensuring the timely flow of goods across the network. This is an analytical role leading a small team of SAP Key users and Operators within the Control Tower.
