Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Contract Coordinator to join their Freight Forwarding team in Bristol.

Location: Avonmouth, BS11 8DT & Severn Beach, BS35 4DF Bristol (2 positions available)

Salary: Competitive, Subject to experience

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Logistics Contract Coordinator - The Role

As a Logistics Contracts Co-ordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for managing the full order fulfilment process and ensuring seamless deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs
• Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity
• Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise
• Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents
• Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations

• Essential: Administration experience, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn
• Skills in: Prioritisation, problem-solving, and handling multiple tasks at once
• Bonus: Previous logistics experience (but full training will be provided)
