The delivery teams across the Care Assessment area comprise dedicated operational and clinical experts who deliver a highly successful range of assessment services for service users, with the ultimate goal of improving lives.

Everyday you will...

  • Act as a central liaison point, coordinating assessments, setting KPIs, managing reports, and maintaining stakeholder relationships, while ensuring efficient project delivery and high-quality service to users and their families.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Meet and work with service users and their families, often during stressful or uncertain times, requiring sensitivity and empathy.
  • Be responsible for progressing assessments to outcome, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with multiple parties throughout the process.
