We are seeking a highly dedicated and resilient Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that logistical processes are managed with precision and efficiency. This is a remote role, with initial in-person training required at our Basingstoke office. Occasional travel to the office may be necessary for team meetings or business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for scheduling and managing appointments, working closely with auditors, clients, and the CORGI team to ensure a seamless appointment program.
  • Coordinate logistics for gas and electrical quality control audits, ensuring all aspects of service delivery are executed with precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that logistical operations align with overall business objectives.
  • Answer and manage calls on the main phone line, providing courteous and efficient service to social housing tenants and other clients.
  • Field requests for quality control auditing appointments, ensuring tenants receive timely and accurate information.
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism, maintaining a calm and composed demeanour, even in challenging situations.
  • Support other business functions with various administrative tasks, ensuring all documentation and communication are handled with utmost care and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the business by providing adaptable and flexible support, ready to tackle evolving demands.
