Our team of both domestic and commercial engineers have over 100 years of combined appliance maintenance experience, and together with our M&E contracting teams, cover London and the south of England.

Job Type

Salary: £24,000-£27,000 per year

Job Summary

The candidate’s role will support the Technical Key Accounts Manager(s) by managing the administration of several Plant Preventative Maintenance contracts.

Your responsibilities will include liaising directly with field engineers and clients, scheduling reactive or PPM visits, and managing the process from receiving calls to invoicing.

Job Description

  • Logging work tasks on helpdesk portals.
  • Allocating work orders to the maintenance team and supply chain.
  • Owning the PPM schedule & Reactive Maintenance jobs, ensuring tasks are completed per service requirements, including:
  • Liaising and following up with supply chain & engineers.
  • Ensuring tasks align with the PPM planner and KPIs.
  • Completing and filing engineer/service reports appropriately.
  • Maintaining a database of current specialist subcontractors, including contact details.
  • Monitoring job progress against KPIs, response times, and escalation procedures.
  • Reporting job progress and close-out to clients and contract staff.
  • Submitting completed job reports for invoicing to the accounts team.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role or strong administration skills, with good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word & Excel.

You should be able to work independently, achieve results effectively, and be willing to participate in other activities to meet company objectives. Collaboration and influencing skills are also important.
