Job summary

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Process and monitor orders from booking through to delivery.
  • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide real-time shipment updates and proactively manage delays.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, claims, and service issues efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in transport and order management systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced logistics environment.
