Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an administrator to support the assigned department. The role handles customer order fulfilment, pick lists, and communications with warehouses and providers. You will ensure SLA targets are met and assist with reporting and record-keeping.

Your duties include processing vendor invoices, managing internal transport invoices, and providing timely responses to inquiries while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Mathematics
• 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support
• Desirable: 1+ year experience in freight forwarding & logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage customer logistical order fulfilment process
• Create internal and external customer pick lists for warehouse
• Coordinate shipments with Logistics Service Providers to meet SLA
• Process and manage vendor invoices and internal transport invoices
• Respond to enquiries within set SLA
• Maintain KPI data and generate reports
