Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Coordinator to quote, route, rate, monitor and coordinate international shipments (air/ocean import/export) from pickup through to delivery. You will work with clients, customs and agents to ensure timely movement of cargo, prepare documents, track shipments, invoice accurately, and maintain high service levels across borders.

Responsibilities

Quote, route, rate and monitor international shipments from pick-up to delivery.
Interact with clients, customs and agents to ensure optimal cargo movement.
Prepare export/import and customs clearance documents.
Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
Populate accurate billing and cost information for invoicing and job costing.
Communicate with customers regarding freight disposition and scheduling.
