Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Client Service Representative in the United Kingdom to act as the primary contact for customers and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations from order placement to delivery.

You will deliver excellent customer service, manage inquiries and issues, and build strong client relationships to foster new and repeat business in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within logistics or a 3PL environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, transport and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

The Client Service Representative serves as one of the primary business contacts for the customer and is responsible for customer satisfaction through effective operations.


The Client Service Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality. In addition, the Client Service Representative should build strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

The Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will act as the key point of contact between our customers, carriers, and internal teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent customer experience from order placement through to final delivery.


Logistics customer service teams typically act as the bridge between customers and operations, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and seamless order fulfilment.
