We are seeking a LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER to join our growing team.

Are you an organised, hands‑on leader with a passion for driving high performance in warehouse and logistics operations?

As our Logistics & Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activity, support operational efficiency, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and accurate fulfilment.

Commutable from Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, Great Barr, Walsall, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Tyseley, Castle Bromwich, Wednesbury, Bilston and Edgbaston.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse and logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee goods‑in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and inventory levels are maintained.
• Plan and allocate workload to meet operational deadlines and service requirements.
• Monitor and improve warehouse performance metrics (accuracy, efficiency, safety).
• Working closely with purchasing, production, and customer service teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Train and develop team members to support ongoing growth.

About You

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or environment.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse management systems and stock control.
• Able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and solve problems effectively.
• Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) desirable but not essential.
• A hands‑on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
