Job summary

Avison Young in the United Kingdom is seeking a Welcome Space Ambassador to deliver exceptional front‑of‑house experience in our Birmingham lobby. You will greet visitors, assist with check‑in, and support onward travel while maintaining a pristine, secure space.

You will actively promote technology-enabled check‑in and pre‑arrival services, ensuring a warm, informative, and efficient welcome for occupiers and guests, supporting brand values and client engagement.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required or willing to obtain accreditation.
• Strong customer-focused service delivery and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide a user focused service experience that exceeds visitor expectations.
• Welcome all users warmly and assist with onward travel.
• Maintain space cleanliness and security per procedures.
• Manage access passes for long-term occupiers and visitors.
• Promote technology-enabled check-in and pre-arrival information.
• Uphold Avison Young policies and participate in client visits.
