Job summary

Avison Young in Cardiff is seeking Welcome Space Ambassadors to create exceptional lobby experiences for visitors and occupiers. You’ll welcome guests, triage inquiries, support onward travel, and use technology to check-in and assist with pre-arrival services, while promoting client brand values and an inclusive community.

You will own the space, ensure high standards of cleanliness and security, build relationships with occupiers, and continually review opportunities to surprise and delight

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required or willingness to obtain accreditation.
• Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
• Proactive, motivated, good natured personality.
• Excellent communication in a positive tone.
• Passion for technology in service delivery.
• Thrives in solving problems and advocating change.
• Willing to be mobile within the lobby area.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide a user focused service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Welcome all users into the building in a warm, friendly manner.
• Ensure the space is clean, secure and well maintained.
• Support onward travel and assist with pre-arrival information.
• Promote the benefits of technology to pre-book visitors.
• Build positive relationships with occupiers and partners.
• Operate as Avison Young ambassador and uphold policies.
