Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Ambassador to welcome UiPath staff and visitors in Manchester. You will own the Welcome Space hub, triage and support arrivals, manage access, and deliver a high-touch service that reflects our brand.

With strong English communication, IT savvy, and a proactive attitude, you will coordinate with facilities and vendors, uphold health and safety standards, and continually find ways to delight guests and improve the experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• IOSH certification or willingness to obtain within probation.
• Experience delivering high quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a user-focused service experience in the Welcome Space hub.
• Triage and support incoming visitors and UiPathers.
• Manage access cards, equipment, and IT issue liaison.
• Coordinate with Deliveroo and business communications contractors.
• Ensure health and safety responsibilities and incident reporting.
