Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, efficient welcome to visitors and occupants in the lobby.
• Ensure security and adherence to visitor procedures for all entrants.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lobby and reception area.
• Assist with check-in, visitor pre‑arrival information and guest services as required.
• Build positive relationships with occupiers and build a sense of community in the space.
• Support a seamless experience by coordinating with on-site teams and guests.
