Job summary

Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is expanding its operations in Bournemouth and is seeking experienced Associates to support the full loan lifecycle, including origination, servicing, and transactions. You will work with clients and internal teams across legal, credit, operations and trading to ensure accurate processing, risk mitigation, and timely delivery while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking operations, or lending services.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in time management, organisation and prioritisation.
• Demonstrated control mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution, servicing, and origination of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, legal, credit, operations and trading teams to resolve inquiries.
• Review loan documentation for feasibility, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Participate in projects on process improvement and automation.
• Maintain a strong controls environment and escalate issues.
• Contribute to client service by supporting processes and scalability.
• Foster knowledge sharing and team development.
• Review LMA documents, trade confirms, and related agreements.
