Job summary

Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) in Bournemouth is seeking an Analyst to support the full loan lifecycle, including origination, servicing and trading services. You will work with clients and internal teams to drive operational excellence and risk mitigation.

The role offers exposure to syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge or experience in financial services, banking operations, lending services or trading services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation, execution, servicing, and origination of loan transactions across the loan lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, legal, credit, operations and trading teams to resolve inquiries.
• Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy, feasibility and risk mitigation.
• Participate in change management initiatives to minimize disruption.
• Maintain a strong controls environment and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to client service excellence and drive process improvements.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
