Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Wholesale Lending Services Associate within the EMEA Origination Deal Closing Team in London to support Debt Capital Markets and Credit Risk for syndicated deals.

You will ensure deal documentation and loan structures are accurate, and operate within controls while collaborating with global partners to drive lending excellence. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will interpret loan agreements, build bilateral and syndicated structures in LoanIQ, monitor lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of deal/loan administration functions.
• Interpret loan documentation and related documentation, including loan agreements.
• Construct bilateral and syndicated deal structures in LoanIQ.
• Ensure Credit and Operations systems have accurate deal details.
• Monitor recently signed deals for lifecycle events and take action.
• Stay control-focused and up-to-date with Accounting and Risk policies.
