Biffa Group is hiring a Loader Operative to work outdoors in Melton Mowbray. You will collect household waste, assist in street cleansing and support the crew on a waste collection vehicle. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and punctuality with early starts and potential weekend work.

Loader Operative

Pay: £12.91p/h

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Start Time: 07.00 Finish Time: 15.30 (overtime as and when required)

Working as part of a crew, you will be responsible for collecting bins, boxes and bags from householders and emptying them onto a waste collection vehicle and carrying out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.
