Job summary

Biffa Group is hiring a Loader Operative for an outdoor role in Hastings. You will collect household waste, assist in street cleansing, and join a crew to improve local environments. The position offers 40 hours per week with overtime available and a 06:30–15:00 shift.

Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning starts. A UK driving licence is required, and you will receive on-the-job training plus access to employee discounts and pension schemes.

Loader Operative - Immediate Start

£13t.41per hour

Monday to Friday

Start/Finish Times: 06.30 to 15.00

40 hours per week + Overtime available

Working as part of a crew, you will be responsible for collecting bins, boxes and bags from householders and emptying them onto a waste collection vehicle and carrying out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.
