Biffa Group is hiring for a community street cleansing role in Lincoln. You’ll operate a 3.5-tonne vehicle, carry out sweeping and litter picking, and join a team dedicated to keeping local streets clean and safe.

This full-time, outdoors position runs Friday to Monday, with shifts from 06:00 to 16:30. A valid UK driving licence is required, along with willingness to wear PPE and follow site procedures.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence allowing the candidate to drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle
• Previous driving experience, ideally in a work vehicle
• Ability to carry out street cleansing duties, including litter picking, sweeping and emptying bins
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to wear the required PPE and follow site procedures

Pay Rate: £13.45p/h
