Job summary

We Are Footprint in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction projects valued between £8m and £12m. You will lead site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and reporting progress to clients and stakeholders while keeping works moving and progressing to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes and site operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for delivery of projects from start to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and wider project team.
• Keep projects on programme and within budget.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate trades, materials, plant and site activities.
• Monitor progress and identify issues to keep works moving.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records and report progress.
