We Are Footprint is seeking an experienced Design Manager to support delivery of projects valued between £8m and £12m. The role involves leading the design process from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating architects, consultants and engineers, and ensuring buildable, compliant designs that meet deadlines.

You will review drawings, manage design programmes and resolve issues before they affect site progress, working closely with the Project Manager and site team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading design across pre-construction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and buildability considerations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple design packages and consultants.
