Job summary

We Are Footprint in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex developments valued £8m–£12m. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and manage clients and consultants to keep programmes and budgets on track.

The role emphasizes health and safety, quality and leadership across new-build care homes, commercial or industrial projects, with a strong focus on delivery, reporting, and hands-on site operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction (essential).
• Track record of delivering projects of similar value and scale.
• Experience across new-build construction; ideally care homes, commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, subcontractor management and site operations.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward.
• Relevant construction qualifications and a strong understanding of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start through to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Keep projects on programme and within budget.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate trades, materials, plant and site activities.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues and keep works moving.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records, report progress and manage project deadlines.
