OKTA Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent role on a commercial fit-out project in Liverpool Street, London. You will take full responsibility for on-site operations, resolving issues and acting as the primary on-site contact with clients, subcontractors and the Contracts Manager.

The role requires proven site management experience, a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, and SMSTS certification.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis for a project in Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-quality finishes on commercial fit-out projects.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for overseeing all on-site operations for fit-out project. You will work independently, applying your construction expertise to resolve issues and make day-to-day decisions. Acting as the key on-site point of contact, you will liaise with the Contracts Manager, clients, subcontractors, and other trades. You will also coordinate all project activities to ensure the work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
