Job summary

We Are Footprint is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction and development projects valued between £8m and £12m. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and keep programmes and budgets on track to meet client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of health and safety standards to ensure high workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects at £8m–£12m value.
• Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Experience with care home, commercial or industrial builds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from start through handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project team.
• Maintain programme and budget.
• Ensure quality, safety and workmanship.
• Coordinate trades, materials, plant, and site activities.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain site records and report deadlines.
