Job summary

We Are Footprint in Preston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver £8m-£12m construction schemes from initiation to handover. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors and the wider project team, ensuring projects stay on programme and within budget.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction - Essential.
A track record of delivering projects of a similar value and scale.
Experience across new-build construction, ideally care homes, commercial or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction programmes, subcontractor management and site operations.
Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward.
Relevant construction qualifications and a strong understanding of health and safety.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start through to handover.
Manage site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
Keep projects on programme and within budget.
Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality and workmanship.
Coordinate trades, materials, plant and site activities.
Monitor progress, identify potential issues and keep works moving.
Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Maintain site records, report progress and manage project deadlines.
