Job summary

We Are Footprint in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction projects valued between £8m and £12m. You will lead site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and reporting progress to clients and stakeholders while keeping works moving and progressing to deadlines.

We're recruiting for an established construction and development business looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects valued between £8m and £12m.

The company delivers a range of quality developments, including care homes, commercial and industrial buildings, with a strong focus on quality, programme and budget.

The Role

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start through to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Keep projects on programme and within budget.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate trades, materials, plant and site activities.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues and keep works moving.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records, report progress and manage project deadlines.

About You

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction - Essential.
• A track record of delivering projects of a similar value and scale.
• Experience across new-build construction, ideally care homes, commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, subcontractor management and site operations.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward.
• Relevant construction qualifications and a strong understanding of health and safety
