Job summary

Amplius is seeking a Residential Scheme Manager (live-in) for Marlborough Court in West Bridgeford, Nottingham. You will help create a safe, welcoming community, support residents to live independently and respond to housing matters with calm professionalism.

The role includes on-site living in a 2-bedroom bungalow on the Marlborough Court grounds. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:45pm, with a 36.25 hour week and no out-of-hours contact unless there is an emergency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to deal with a range of situations.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach to supporting residents.
• Basic digital skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
• The ability to handle challenges, resolve conflict and remain impartial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the scheme, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents and support their wellbeing and independence.
• Respond to resident queries, housing matters and emergencies in a calm and professional way.
• Work with colleagues, contractors and residents to resolve maintenance and service issues.
• Facilitate community activities and support a strong sense of belonging.
• Work independently while having support from the wider Amplius team.
